3. SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS.
Individuals chosen to be represented on the faculty for this event will be expected to meet the following criteria:

For Solo Keynote Presenter

• Must have public speaking experience (preferably at another similar conference); and of course, must have expertise and experience in area to be covered by session.
• Must be willing to provide a substitute presenter (preferably from the same company or organization) if for any reason she/he cannot keep the commitment to serve as keynote presenter.
• Must be willing to prepare Power Point slide(s) to augment the presentation(s) to be made during the presentation.
• Must be willing to provide for her/his own travel/lodging expenses to participate in the conference.
• Must be willing to send emails or make calls to colleagues and others to publicize her/his participation in the conference – and to offer discounted registration rates (Speaker 'Friends & Family' discount codes will be provided).

For PANELISTS

• Must be willing to participate in at least one conference call (to be hosted by the session moderator, about one month before the event) with the members of her/his panel in order to participate in planning for the panel session/roundtable. (A detailed checklist – including contact information for each fellow panel member – will be sent to each participant prior to the conference call; to facilitate planning for the session).
• Must have public speaking experience (preferably at another similar conference); and of course, must have expertise and experience in area to be covered by session.
• Must be willing to provide a substitute panelist (preferably from same company or organization) if for any reason she/he cannot keep the commitment to participate.
• Must be willing to prepare Power Point slide(s) to augment her/his presentation(s) to be made during the session.
• Must be willing to provide for her/his own travel/lodging expenses to participate in the conference.
